What does “gotta live it to know it” mean for us and for you?
“Gotta live it to know it” has been Jim Hogan’s slogan long before the creation of his surf camp. It means in order to truly know the joys of something you first have to have experienced that something first hand. In this case that slogan means to experience the joys of Costa Rica as a local would, to experience surfing in its tropical waters that same way! Whether you’re a professional or beginner, with our 20 years of knowledge we will always be able to find waves suitable to your experience level.
We have the understanding that you never really stop learning. Our goal when teaching you to surf is to keep it fun, simple, & leave you with a new & lasting understanding of how to approach improvement.
