Our surf camp is family owned and operated, based out of Playa Hermosa, Jaco, Costa Rica. We offer a one of a kind surf experience tailored to your liking. Having run this surf camps for over 20 years now, you could say we’ve perfected the process of showing you a good time. You tell us what you’re looking for, and we make it happen!

A Surf Camp Experience Unlike Any Other!

There is no shortage of things to do in the area and we are ready to help you have some fun. From a relaxing day at one of our national parks where monkeys run wild on the beach to exciting ATV rides through the jungle, this place has it all. Jungle tours are an excellent family adventure and there are many in the area, including ziplines, canopy tours, crocodile tours, white water rafting, and world class fishing. And of course, we also have world-class surf! Surfing is one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences you can have with nature. No matter what your age or ability, there is a wave out there for everyone!

Meet Our Surf Guides:

Jim Hogan, was a professional surfer for 18 years, and has been a surf coach now for over 20 years. James Hogan, his son, is a waterman in his own right. He placed in the quarter finals in the Pipeline pro junior, his first time to Hawaii. Shortly after that result he turned to a more relaxed life of surfing as a free surfer.

Now Jim and James spend their days dedicated to to sharing their love for the sport with beginners and professionals a like.
